The Lefties have no clothes! Only, this time, instead of an uncontrolled child saying it, it’s one of their own at The Daily Kos, and he probably doesn’t even realize it.
But that’s not the scary part. The brazenness of dataguy’s desire to manipulate and enslave is downright frightening.
Here are the two money quotes:

So even the bereaved mothers who support our military’s actions in Iraq are having this woman’s disgusting words stuffed into their mouths. They aren’t allowed any more to say "I support Bush"? Um, excuse me, but as I recall, that’s
CENSORSHIP.

If I was there, I would not let Mother Sheehan talk to the press, but I would have her talk only through a spokesperson. In particular, I would not allow her to argue with critics, and would allow no critics to approach her. Her dignity must be preserved. If lesser emissaries from the ruler arrive (C Rice, etc), these should not be allowed to speak to Mother Sheehan. (emphasis added)

Okay, I agree with most of what I think you’re saying. I support what Mrs. Sheehan is doing, I know you don’t, but I hate how we’re spinning this. As a liberal, I have to say that we appear to be doing exactly what the right says we’re doing. On the other hand, I think the right is doing their fair share to manipulate this and make her look like a quack. I think its wrong to manipulate or “frame” this at all. Mother Sheehan?! I’m wondering if we could try to be more slimy?
Well, I do have my own issues with Cindy Sheehan, but even if she were the most stable woman in the world, it wouldn’t excuse “dataguy” for trying to control her (an accusation the Kos nuts enjoy levelling against Bush et al.).
